Meet our founders
The journey to make Kindred a reality is led by husband-and-wife team Jenine and Adam Horner. As parents of three young kids—each born in a different country—they experienced firsthand the struggle of finding family-friendly activities while navigating new cities, work, and parenting. Frustrated by the time-consuming task of planning outings, they knew there had to be a better way.
Adam brings over 30 years of software development experience, including a decade as a CTO. Jenine brings expertise and a proven track record in product development and commercialization. Together, they’ve built Kindred to make finding and planning family-friendly activities quick and easy, so parents can spend less time planning and more time making memories.
